Q: When does billing come out of my account and when is my money deposited in my account?
A:
- If you are on a “monthly discount”, all of your fees will be deducted within the first week of the following month.

If you are on a “daily discount”, all of your Qualified Discount Rate fees will be deducted on a daily basis and all of the other fees (i.e. transaction fees, statement fee) will be deducted the beginning of the following month.
Your money will typically take no longer than 48 hours to be deposited in your account. However, if you did transactions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you will see 3 separate deposits on Tuesday of the following week, for the funding department of the banks are closed on the weekends.
Q: How do I Batch out my terminal?
A:
- On FD Terminals: PRESS CREDIT... MORE...CLOSE
- On Hypercom’s you press the Settlement key and then enter the password which is 0000.
- On Nurit 8320/3020’s you press the Function key and the number 2 for Batch.

On Nurit 2085’s you press the Batch key then enter.
Q: How do I take Debit/ATM cards with a pin number?
A: If you have an FD 50 with an EXTERNAL pin pad, you need to press the DEBIT key in the top RIGHT before you swipe the card. Swipe the card, then enter amount, then cash back amount, then the pin pad will beep and it will prompt for the pin number.
Q: My terminal the Hypercom T4100, is displaying SPOS 32 and IP Diagnostics. How do I get back to the normal screen and why does this keep happening?
A: This is the default startup screen. You get to this screen by pressing the HOME key, or by unplugging the terminal. All you need to do to return to the payment screen is press the white button right next to SPOS 32. If you happen to press the IP Diagnostics key, just press the HOME key to return to the previous screen and press SPOS 32.
Q: Why do I need new equipment?
A: In some cases you don't. However, with the introduction of the new PCI standards by Visa and MasterCard, merchants are required to submit questionnaires directly to V/MC about the lack of security and/or type of processing equipment you are using. This could lead to heavy fines and/or the suspension of your ability to process cards. We offer equipment leases, purchases, rentals, and even free placement dependent on your needs.
Q: How long before I can start accepting credit cards?
A: Merchant accounts are generally approved within two business days and merchants can process the next business day.
